„Joka" Company works in the construction branch of industry.
We focus on building the industrial plants as a whole, plus office buildings as well as public buildings. We also run a chain of building materials warehouses and provide a service of precise cutting.
We keep acquiring new markets.
We are open to new ideas. We are not afraid of innovative solutions.
We are ready to face confrontation with building companies from other European Union countries.
We want ot square up to them.
The Quality Management gives us an opportunity to become modern and distinguishing Company on the market.
We consider the Quality Management the fundamental tool in managing the Company. We are not afraid of the competitive markets of the European Union as we know that the Quality Management System will allow us to provide services on very high level and what follows that is the satisfaction and even delight of the Customer.
What we take pride in is the high qualifications of the Company’s staff. We are aware that the investment in the personnel is the best investment. We aim at constant rising of the qualifications by our employees.
The main objective is for our Company is meeting the requirements specified by our Customers and continuous improvement of our organization and the Quality Management System.
This approach to making business assures providing services and goods of the highest possible level.
We achieve our goals also by:
- adjustment and optimization of the organization,
- applying modern solutions and technologies,
- offering the reliable goods,
- cooperation with selected suppliers,
- allowing the workers to constantly raise their qualification.
As the executives we provide:
- using the Quality Management System based on the requirements of the PN-ISO 9001:2001 standard,
- constant monitoring of the System,
- the evaluation of its effect on the final quality of the goods or service
- using this quality policy by each employee of our Company.
This policy was accepted on 2 January 2003 and conveyed to the employees to use.
